Andrew Hayman, MPA, MPS, is a Senior Research Analyst at HEI. His primary focus is workforce development, STEM, and K-12 educational initiatives. He is adept at conducting qualitative and quantitative primary research, secondary research, instrument design, data analysis, and reporting. In addition, Mr. Hayman has experience with facilitation and leading focus groups. He has extensive experience with community colleges, having managed four Department of Labor evaluations with large multi-college consortia. In addition, he leads several National Science Foundation funded evaluations. Prior to joining HEI. Mr. Hayman refined his academic preparations in research and design by conducting an evaluation of the Graduate Program of Environmental Science at the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF). Mr. Hayman earned a master’s in public administration from Syracuse University and a master’s in professional studies from SUNY-ESF, and his BA in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
