Jessica Abram

Jessica PaytonJessica Payton, MA, is a research associate. As a former Teach for America corps member and KIPP administrator, she turned to education policy as a means to improve the effectiveness of school systems that serve low-income students. Jessica’s approach to research and evaluation is rooted in cultural responsiveness and asset-based approaches, where the ideas and values of the community served are reflected in her assessment. Jessica received a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the George Washington University.
