Established in 2010 in Washington, D.C., Higher Ed Insight is committed to improving college access and completion for low-income and underrepresented students.

Our firm provides research, data analysis, evaluation and strategic planning services to nonprofit organizations, government agencies, educational institutions and private companies. Its founder and principal Patricia Steele, Ph.D., is an expert on postsecondary issues, such as college price and student financial aid, college spending and productivity, degree persistence and completion, state and federal education policies, and other topics related to college access and success.

The expertise of Higher Ed Insight’s broad network of independent researchers ranges from advanced statistics and modeling to designing, managing and executing complex qualitative research. This allows us to put together the best team with the right content knowledge and training for each unique project we execute for our clients.
