John Archacki is a Project Coordinator for our Higher Ed Insight Team, which joined Via Evaluation in November 2025. He specializes in data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. His knowledge of a wide variety of survey techniques, analysis tools, and reporting methods are leveraged across the company.
Research Assistant
Iqra Ali is a Research Assistant that joined with the Higher Ed Insight team part time, and now serves full time with Via Evaluation. Iqra supports project coordination, administration, data management, and information systems initiatives.

Amelia joined our team in June 2024 as a Data Analyst, bringing her expertise to VIA, from Inciter. She combines her qualitative research academic background with nine years of practical experience in non-profit operations.

Katie Badeau joined the VIA Evaluation team as a Research Associate in 2023. She holds a B.S. in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University and a M.S.W. from the University at Buffalo.

Dr. Claire Fontaine joined our team as a Senior Project Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role at Inciter. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Education from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
