With over 20 years of experience in higher education policy, evaluation, and strategy, she helps teams turn insight into action.
Driven by the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to discover their potential, Steele specializes in understanding the needs of students and expanding educational and employment opportunities for marginalized and disadvantaged youth and adults.
